COME AND MEET US
We are Myriam and Pierre, a couple of disabled travellers! Injured at the Bataclan, Pierre is paraplegic and uses a wheelchair. But that doesn't stop us from exploring the world!
For us, going on an adventure means reconnecting. With oneself. With what surrounds us. Immersed in unknown landscapes, on the other side of the world or close to home, with our feet (or wheels) firmly planted on the ground, we let ourselves be overwhelmed by this unique emotion. We vibrate. We live.
To dare to go on an adventure is to dare to live. Each one has his own adventure, small or big, near or far, but all of them deserve to be lived!
But here we are... Beyond the obvious physical limits, there are many psychological limits to travelling in a wheelchair! We don't know what we will find on the spot, what we will be able to do, what unforeseen events we will encounter... We are simply afraid.
With Wheeled World we want to make you want to go on an adventure. And to open the way for you to do it serenely, on your own two feet... or not!

Pierre is injured at the Bataclan. Passionate about travelling and the great outdoors, he became paraplegic and now uses a wheelchair.
A new apartment, a new job, you get used to your new life little by little. Despite a field of constraints that we have to make our own, one thing is certain: we can't give up travelling! From our first adventures, we are convinced that nothing is impossible with the right equipment, the right teammates... and the right information.
It's time to share some of the luck we have! Based on our first experiences, we created Wheeled World, the adventure media for all. Our goal: to live a maximum of experiences adapted to the four corners of the world and share them with our community to reassure, inspire and incite to travel.
We are embarking on our first project! Destination the end of the world to highlight adapted experiences and tell our adventures: in videos, in photos and in our blog posts. Each continent has its own challenges. After climbing Machu Picchu, paddling at the foot of a glacier, surfing in sand dunes and crossing a salt desert in South America, we're heading for Oceania where we're crossing New Zealand... On a tandem!
Interrupted halfway through this world tour by the health crisis, we took advantage of the confinement to take a step back from our project and decided to reorient it for an impact that was both more local and more in line with our environmental convictions. In July, we launched Les Eclaireurs, the first YouTube series to meet the people who make the outdoors accessible to everyone, everywhere in France. One motto: adventure for all, close to home!
