Just before Valentine's Day, we had the opportunity to do a Wecandoo workshop. During 2 hours, we enter the world of a passionate craftsman who has only one desire: to share his know-how with you. His workspace becomes yours for an evening and you can learn by experimenting with your own hands!
Thanks to Jérôme, we developed our own pastis recipe. We left with a jar smelling of spices, aniseed and many others! We now have to wait 3 weeks, the time to let the plants infuse in the alcohol!
