For us, going on an adventure means reconnecting. With oneself. With what surrounds us. Immersed in unknown landscapes, on the other side of the world or close to home, with our feet (or wheels) firmly planted on the ground, we let ourselves be overwhelmed by this unique emotion. We vibrate. We live.
To dare to go on an adventure is to dare to live. Each one has his own adventure, small or big, near or far, but all of them deserve to be lived!
But here we are... Beyond the obvious physical limits, there are many psychological limits to travelling in a wheelchair! We don't know what we will find on the spot, what we will be able to do, what unforeseen events we will encounter... We are simply afraid.

From North to South... Volcanoes, glaciers, fjords. Fine sandy beaches and steep mountains. You can find all this in New Zealand, despite the limited size of this Pacific island where life is good all year round. To take advantage of it, we start our first experience in slow travel: a 1 600km itinerary between Auckland and Bluff, among which 1 000 to be covered in tandem on the South Island. A sporting challenge which takes us out of our comfort zone, and a wonderful adventure in immersion in this wild nature...
A nature full of history: this is what we will remember from these two weeks in Peru! Here, each day is favourable to the discovery...
From the majestic Iguazu Falls, we drive up the Costa Verde to Rio. The dark green mass of the rainforest falling into the turquoise ocean offers a memorable spectacle and we are taken by a frenzy of nature. But in these regions, the accessibility is often limited to the cities and it is not rare that stairs are standing at the entrance of the paths...
Multicolored lagoons populated by pink flamingos, desert mountains swept by the winds, bubbling geysers projecting their volutes of smoke in the icy dawn... In a few kilometers, the cliffs of sharp rocks give way to the fine sand of the dried rivers, announcing an even more arid expanse: the salt desert... From La Paz to Uyuni, we live a shiver of happiness in these extraordinary landscapes. You want diversity and breathlessness? It is by here...
In the northwest: deserts and vineyards. In the Northeast: Buenos Aires, the pampas and the majestic Iguazu Falls. In the South, the elusive Patagonia... A country where nature reigns supreme, in all its states: from the dense forests on the snowy peaks of the Cordillera to the arid deserts populated by guanacos. We live here the vertiginous solitude of the great spaces and the ephemeral pleasure of the meetings on the road; this feeling of humility, submerged by the sand which falls on us in storm or at the foot of the glacier whose dull cracking reminds the rumble of the thunder; the simple happiness to have renewed with the essential, lost in the middle of nowhere, and this feeling of total freedom...

To cover the 4,600 kilometers that separate the burning Atacama desert from the southern Punta Arenas, you will have to take a boat... Arrived in Chile by the Bolivian border, we explore the North during a few days before making round trips with Argentina to reach Santiago and Vaparaiso... Then entering Patagonia after a "small" detour by the Easter Island. An epic in dots which leaves us a memorable souvenir!
